I was asked to visit Kanasugidai to check on the situation regarding the rescue of kittens. The client told me that several kittens, approximately three months old, had recently disappeared and one had passed away. Two of the kittens were friendly enough to be held, and the client wanted to rescue at least these two kittens. Given the urgency of the situation, these were still small kittens. However, due to a loss of contact with the client, it took several hours to confirm the situation.

During the day, they tend to sleep in dark places such as shade, so I took my time to look around for shady spots.

The area of the housing complex is quite large, and it takes several hours to look around the entire area. Even after two hours, there is no sign of a cat.

After about three hours, I was able to spot a cat for the first time in the grass at the entrance to the housing complex. It was black and about 3-4 months old.

It is possible that this is one of the kittens you inquired about. Why is there only one at this time? We have confirmed the situation on-site, and will continue to investigate further, including talking to the residents of the housing complex.
Chasing cats can injure them, so we have decided that safety precautions are necessary when protecting them, and will reschedule our activities at this location.
